Staff are friendly, the environment is clean. There are three pools, cold, warm with spa, and hot. Also sauna rooms. There are buffet styles tea room with limited options

had a great hot spring experience at the public bath, very relaxing and worth it.

Spent few hours there. Better than expected.

The hot spring pool is relaxing and there are other facilities such as the steam room and sauna room.

3 different pools (15°C; 37,6°C; 42,2°C), a sauna (70°C) and a steam room. Water and relaxing possibilities are there. Everything is clean and it feels like a safe environment. Afterwards some tea and cake. Nice experience.

Just present your QR code in the reception area. Once permitted to go further, a lady will show you your locker and instruct where to take a shower and freshen up. She tried her best to accommodate us foreigners. Inside, there were two hot spring pools (one goes up around 39°C which I absolutely loved dipping in, while the other at around 43°C); a jacuzzi that goes as low as 14°C; a sauna room which could fit a handful of people; and a steam room which I hardly used because of the low visibility. I think these were all quite clean, no odor either, so I enjoyed and stayed for like 3 hours inside, despite my initial shyness of being naked around others. It helped that there were not many people too. After enjoying the amenities, the lady will accompany you to a dining area. The snacks tasted fine and the ambiance was good. I think I will book in this place again once I come back to Taiwan.

The place was nice and spacious. Staff are friendly.

First time coming here. Everything was perfect.

A few minutes walk from Xinbeitou station. Onsen was great - almost like in Japan - but no outdoor onsen. The hotel staff wasn't too friendly though.

Relaxing, well-equipped, clean and quiet. Deserve a second visit.
