Booked the ten hours and pay extra NT$1000 to cover lukang old street- totally worth it! My parents enjoy the older traditional of lukang, we spent almost 3hrs there and didn’t manage to walk all I say due to elderly. We also cover gaomei, rainbow village, animation village. And miyahara to take photos only. It’s was perfect on time.

Albert, my chauffeur for the day, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the places we went to. The trip covers a lot of places, but it's very well conducted so it doesn't feel hurried at all. Lavender cottage was unexpectedly beautiful because lavenders are in full bloom this season. Xinshe castle provides many photo opportunities and Miyahara has more icecream flavours than one can possibly try. Overall a fun tour with kkday.

Though raining, the place was impressive. Enjoy the mushroom lunch at the restaurant at Momo mushroom farm. As for the lavender village, off season.... Nothing much to see except that it was a nice place to stroll around

Our group of eight chartered a car. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space, and the child seats were also very comfortable. The driver was punctual, very enthusiastic and attentive, and proactively helped with our luggage, took photos, and introduced the various attractions.

I chartered a taxi with Ms. Vivian to take me around Taichung city and Gaomei Wetlands. She was very considerate of my elderly mother and even accompanied us to the ticket counters at tourist attractions; her service spirit was excellent. I don't speak fluent Chinese, but I enjoyed chatting with her. Even if you don't speak any Chinese, she can translate on her smartphone, so I think it's not a problem. I also communicated with the travel agency via LINE before the trip. I was having trouble getting bullet train tickets because it was during a long holiday weekend, but they gave me advice on being put on a waiting list and pointed out that I had booked a more expensive package with a different destination, showing great attention to detail.
