Purchased the tickets online, and was able to exchange for the boarding pass without any hassle. Buying the tickets via KK day also allowed us to skip the immigration queue and obtain Express clearance, a very good experience indeed 😄

I and my friend just come over to Batam to walk and take a look. We book this hotel Harris Batam hotel is very good and the room is quite nice and comfy to stay in

Ms Rainbow from the travel agency help me kindly with my enquiries and within a few minutes my booking is confirm for the return trip as well. Its an easy process overall. The ferry was comfortable and despite going on a sch holiday the ferry is not packed as well. Will book with kkdays for my other future plans to batam.
