The company sent us the driver information 2 days in advanced. The driver also reached out to us to confirm our flight arrival time, he is polite and professional, waited for us as we got lost in the arrival hall. Good driving skill, you really need a good driver when you travel to highland.

Ashley from the company texted few days before the trip to give the details of the ride. Last minute had to change the timing as my stay check out is way earlier than I realised. My driver WATI arrived way earlier than expected but she did not pester or text us to go over. Saw her van after I checked out at 11ish am, even had my breakfast, and at 1230 she came over to lobby to search for us. Will say professional and awesome service. Will definitely have them as our private transfer service again. Thank you
