It’s easy to buy tickets from KK Day. And the instructions to the ferry point, exchange for tickets, etc are clear. We just followed the instructions and had a pleasant trip across the sea to the island.

From booking to boarding it was an easy process. The ferry was an hour of very choppy water, but that isn't something the company can control, just come prepared with dramamine or some motion sickness help. The ferry ride back (we left at 2 PM) was smoother than the ride in the morning.
