I was initially concerned about language barriers, but when I made my reservation over the phone, I discovered the receptionist spoke both Chinese and English, which was a real plus. From the moment I was picked up to the reception desk, everyone was attentive and courteous. The therapist's technique was professional, and they were always attentive to my customer's experience. Afterward, my friends commented on my brighter complexion, which must have been positive feedback. Afterward, there were refreshments available, making it a perfect end to my experience. Note: Transfers are by bolt, not rickshaw. Travel is limited to Pattaya city.

I misunderstood the date during the reservation process, but they changed it without any problem, and the massage therapists were so kind that it was a healing time!
