We went early (around noon) and planned to relax in the pool and then have afternoon tea (14:00), but a sudden downpour meant we couldn't go to the pool. After explaining to the staff, they let us into the terrace area. We had cafe lattes for an additional fee, and then the weather cleared up. So, let's go to the pool. We told the staff that we were going out for a bit and relaxed for about an hour. Then, my wife's sandal strap broke and she couldn't walk! When we told the pool boy, he gave us some easy sandals. We gave him a tip as a thank you, but he was a nice young man who loves Hokkaido. Tanks for you kindness. Afternoon tea back on the terrace was beyond satisfying. We were guided to a bed-shaped sofa seat and were able to spend a relaxing time lying down. It seems that tipping is no longer necessary in Bali these days, but the female staff member who was with us from the beginning had a nice smile and behavior, so we asked her to throw away the broken sandals and gave her a thank you gift. There were a lot of changes in plans and accidents in a short time, but I was very satisfied with the hotel and the staff and service. I'll come back to stay next time. Thank you 😊.
