We had a 60 minute facial. Facility was well maintained and spa staff was excellent. We are English speakers and were able to communicate with staff.

Really very kind and very relaxing but beyond that... the next day is what matters and I felt much better I had the facial cleansing and hair the hair one was really a "stress eraser!" A really clean and really organized place the girls were very sweet!

I really recommend this spa. It was so relaxing and peaceful, as well as being practical since our legs were tired from lots of walking! The staff is very kind and gentle and the location feels quite luxurious. 5 stars for sure!

We only booked facial but had such a relaxing time being massaged on neck and special machine on the calf’s of our leg was so good exceeded our expectations! Thereafter the lady gave us advent our face and recommended products we can get to improve our skin from the shops was great Thank u!

We went to Woo facial with my sis, mum and myself. We enjoyed ourselves alot. Even though an hr past very fast. The products were great, it makes our faces look radiant and smooth after that.

Had a nice n relaxing 60-min Facial with So Yeon's sure hands, and she kindly upgraded the mask for me as my skin was quite dry. Room n bed were cosy, nice experience, and I bought their products too

Easy to book through klook! This was a very foreigner friendly spot and the service was way better than a lot of other recommended places. I got a “refresh” service which came with an amazing half body massage and a facial. Will be visiting again.
