The shuttle is smaller then I think but it's convenient. The price is not cheap and have to tip 5 dollar at the end. Chinese driver is friendly and helpful. No traffic so overall the trip is good. The outlet is over rated not worth to go.

This service is better off the others as it provides several pickup and drop off spot. While I was staying in Flushing, I do not need to travel over 30 mins by metro to the Pickup stop in Manhattan. It was just a 5-min walk from my hotel. While I left a US mobile phone number as my contact, the staff wrongly recognised it as a number registered in Mainland China. He called my several times and of course could not reach me since he used a wrong country code. And I have no way to contact him. It spent sometime for us to meet up. Other than that everything was fine and I recommend this service to all who are planning a trip to the outlet. It takes around a hour to drive to the outlet. No need to drive yourself and cost is reasonable.
