My wife and I were really enjoyed the snowboarding experience. Especially the coach Leo was very nice and patient. He make sure that he take care of all of us. Example he helped me change my skiing shirt when he feels too short and worry that wind might blow into my body. He also helped me to change skiing boot because the shoelace is the complicated 1 and he even helped me tie my shoelace after I changed. Overall he is patient too and is my 1st doing snowboarding and I am able to snowboard freely at my own timing after his teaching. Thank you Leo! 🙏🙏

When I was 17 years old, I went skiing alone and met a very patient and complimentary instructor. I also met a very nice sister. When I went back in the evening, I forgot to say thank you to the sister who invited me to have lunch. I hope that sister will write a review. You will see my comment🫶🏻

We had an enjoyable learning experience with our coach, Mr Kim. He was patient and was bilingual in both English and Chinese. We were lucky to be learning in a small group of 4 and managed to master the basics techniques of ski such as move, stop and s-turn in just 2hrs without falling down. For beginners, do take up option 5 as it includes the moving travelator which is more than sufficient and there are staff guiding you along the way. On the day we went, the driver was sick and we were lucky to have the boss driving us to/fro from the ski resort! :)

Pickup was on time and all the ski coaches are very friendly. They can communicate well in both English and Mandarin. Coach Kim is the one who teaches my kids. He's very patient and my kids had great time.

Kim (English Assistant) is very helpful and has a lot of patience in teaching us especially for little ones. We went to Vivaldi instead of Jisan because they found out late that it still closed and will open mid of June. Overall experience was superb! Booking Kkday will make your trip hassle free.

Very caring & helpful coach, best in the town. Leo coach can teach us from A-Z. As a ski beginner for sure you can learn to ski. Leo will guide you and make sure your safety. Must look for Leo ya.

Travelled with my 8 y-o daughter and it’s her first time skiing. The tour guide/ teacher was very nice and professional. Took good care of us and she has got hold of the techniques in a few minutes. She enjoyed so much that we would definitely go again!

Coach A Jun taught the basic safety movements very well! At the beginning, everyone was not very good at putting on and taking off the snowboards, and they were very patient to help adjust~ We who have never skied before had a great time!
