This was very helpful when check out was at 11am and the flight was at night. You can go around Busan and not worry about your luggage. I wish there was more services around Korea

I left my luggage at the airport and had it delivered to the hotel. The staff were very polite and I was able to use the service with peace of mind. I would like to use the service again next time.

There were staff who could speak Japanese, so it was very convenient. I left it at the airport around 12:30 and it arrived at the hotel around 17:00. I would like to use it again.

Although I had some difficulties in applying for a local Korean Zim carry account at the beginning and was stuck because I didn't have a local phone number, fortunately I called the customer service number and the problem was resolved quickly. It was really worth it to pick up the luggage at the station at the last minute.

However, the Korean delivery website requires you to upload a photo of your luggage and you can only take it with your camera. You can't choose the photo, which is scary. Fortunately, I was still on the scene and quickly took another photo.

After getting off the plane, you can send your luggage to the hotel and take the subway empty-handed. It is very convenient to go directly to the attractions or go shopping, which can save time. It is highly recommended for people who love to travel independently.
