Able to book on the day itself and enter. Prompt customer service and love the omelette station.

I think the lounge price is very reasonable, and booking through KKDay seems cheaper than paying on-site. I recommend adding the shower option, especially when you have a long layover—being able to take a proper shower, relax, and eat some fruits and vegetables really makes the long flight to Europe much more comfortable. The experience was great, and I would definitely come back again.

Overall food choices are plentiful. However do take note that they will stop serving alcohol by midnight.

I went in at 3am, but the bar was closed. I wish they had at least beer or wine.

The staff in the live station was very help. The food was good. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to have a relaxing, comfortable environment before travelling again.

My first experience, i shouldnt choose overnight for my flight, kind of tiring and couldnt enjoy much, but i did enjoy my simple food there, only one thing is terminal 2 location should more briefly at this app, i am lost at first
