Day Tour | Tam Island Mineral Mud Bath

Our team leader, Dun, led our family through the mud bath experience and even took photos and videos for us. He was very attentive, professional, and punctual. The local travel agency staff was also very helpful. I had booked this tour a day earlier, but after paying at 11:00 a.m., I still hadn't received the confirmation receipt by 4:00 p.m. I tried calling kk day customer service several times, but no one answered me even after waiting for 8-9 minutes. I was really at a loss as I bought seven tickets for NT$2,500 and there was no refund. Finally, I called the local travel agency through the hotel and called five times before I finally found a staff member. In the end, they were very helpful in arranging everything, and we set off smoothly.

Although it wasn't as hot as midsummer, I enjoyed a good soak in the mud bath and it felt smooth and comfortable.
