I bought a buy-one-get-one-free deal, which allows me to fit two pieces of luggage. The location is on Emprium B2; just take the escalator down two floors.

Everything was easy, I handed over my luggage, picked it up one week later. Friendly personnel and great online customer service to answer a few questions in advance. Overall, this is a very convenient option to store luggage at BKK Airport for a fair price.

It is pretty seamless to drop off your luggages but there seems to be no proper way to track which baggage is which. If its yours or not. I guess they have to add that in their releasing process. Otherwise, everything was great :)

Excellent! AIRPORTELs is located in DMK, between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, on the first floor if I remember correctly. It's very convenient, and you can pick up your documents 24 hours a day. I was traveling from Chiang Mai back to Bangkok and had half a day to explore before returning to the airport. This facility was incredibly convenient! There were no deposit or passport photocopies required (probably because I booked online).
