She is friendly, knowledgable, kind and nice. She brought us to a very nice restaurant, she even ask us to begin our journey to Mt.bromo earlier to avoid the crowd. We don't have any difficulty when communicate with her.

Had a most wonderful trip to Mount Bromo from Surabaya, because our tour guide (Rizal) was fabulous! He was professional, attentive, responsible and punctual, and he brought us to the best view point, accompanying us to all the various sites and always kept a lookout over our safety. The 2 vehicles are spacious and clean, and both were excellent and safe drivers. We highly recommend this tour!

Salsa's fluent English made communication effortless throughout the journey. When our transfer jeep encountered mechanical issues, Salsa efficiently arranged a replacement vehicle within just 20 minutes. The local driver's expert route selection ensured we arrived at the viewpoint right on schedule. At dawn on May 2nd, we were treated to Bromo's most spectacular sunrise - the volcanic landscape shrouded in morning mist was truly magical. Salsa expertly guided us to the crater and recommended perfect photo spots. The well-planned itinerary concluded with our timely 10:10 AM return to Surabaya. Their professionalism and local knowledge transformed this into wonderful experience!

The time management was perfect, and the guide was friendly and talkative. The sunrise and volcano climb were fantastic! The guide explained the legends of the volcano and the relationship between Hindu beliefs and Bromo. Wearing a mask or cloth is highly recommended, as the jeep had a strong diesel odor, and the wind and sand were quite strong during the climb to the crater.

I'm so grateful for this KKday package. It was so comfortable, with a direct pick-up from the hotel and a full escort all the way to the observation deck. The moment the sunrise appeared was so worth the wait! The tour guide was very friendly and considerate, spoke fluent English, and had excellent photography skills. Great! A word of caution: it can get cold at the top of the mountain while you're waiting for sunrise, so bring a hand warmer. Overall, it was a very worthwhile and fantastic package!
