The pick-up at Kota Kinabalu airport is super simple. It's easy to find the counter after arriving. Staff are nice and the process is straight to the point.

Price is reasonable for quantity of data received. Signal strength is good is most places including Genting. Negatives including needing to go to T2 to get the card, and limited data amount for tethering (better to have choice of smaller data packages with unlimited use case)

If you are arriving at KLIA terminal 1, this is a decent walk plus either train transfer or bus transfer to get to KLIA terminal 2. This is the only negative about this card. Pity you cannot pick up the card from DIGI in terminal 1 before immigration. Otherwise the SIM itself has fantastic. Took less than 5 mins to show the voucher, activate and ready to go. If I am arriving at Terminal 2 next time round, would not hesitate to order this again.

The DIGI counter is right next to the entry exit of Kota Kinabalu Airport and is easy to find. The counter staff was very satisfied with their service and helped me replace my card with a new one, which I could use immediately. DIGI network coverage around Kota Kinabalu is good.
