Phuket City Half-Day Tour: Secret Beach, Big Buddha, Old Town & More | Thailand

The guide gave us many helps and suggestions to help us get the airplane on time.

The guide is attentive and tried her best to explain details of the sites we went. There were only 2 of us (another solo traveller) hence it was like a personalised tour.

Glad I chose this half day tour during my short stay in Phuket🙂 Pik was very detailed in her explanations. She provided us with good recommendations on where to go, what to buy and even helped to take photos for all of us. Many thanks to both Pik and driver Mr Nu for taking care of us!

Mickey our guide brought us to a variety of places like Promthep windmill viewpoint, big buddha, wat chalong, sri bhuraya cashew nut factory, big bee honey, and phuket old town. There was supposed to be even more like a jewelry place and a general souvenir shop but I had to end the tour early due to some external commitments. Nonetheless, a very friendly guy who has a good eye for photo taking, mickey helped us rearranged the itinerary such that we could be at our external commitment on time. One of the perks of a prviate tour i guess!

The tour was amazing, tourguide miki brought us to alot of places, took great photos of us, even brought us to lunch.

Went to cover quite abit of stops. Went on Sunday which is Vesak Day & manage to see how prayers were made @ amazing temples. Explored thru BigBhudda with superb view & Old Phuket Town Sunday Market. Stopped by Bee Farm, and cahsew nut factory! Accidentally overspend at cahse nut factory bcs it’s extremely nice!!!!!!! i promise. Plan ur itinerary well, go on Sunday for the night market.

We were a family with senior citizens as well as kids. Nicely done. The only thing to note is that there are no stops where food is available for kids. Rest was organised in a nice way.

It was very satisfying from beginning to end, and not a minute was wasted at all ~ 🚐 Transportation: The vehicles arranged by the travel agency are super new and comfortable! The air conditioning was strong (which is very important in hot Phuket), the seats were clean and spacious, the driver drove very smoothly, and was considerate to help open and close the doors and carry the luggage. The most surprising thing is that there are free ice water and wet wipes on the bus, perfect little details! ⏳ Itinerary: The time management is perfect! The length of stay at each attraction is just right: • Karon View Point: 20 minutes, just enough to take pictures of the classic three bays postcard angles and selfies • Big Buddha Scenic Area: 40 minutes is enough to worship + enjoy the 360-degree panoramic view, and the tour guide also helps to explain Buddhist etiquette • Phuket Town Old Town: 1 hour to visit the century-old Sino-Portuguese buildings, just in time for the most beautiful light for taking photos 📸 Highlights of attractions: • Karon View Point has a wide view, and the tour guide will take the initiative to help find the best shooting spots • The Big Buddha is solemn and shocking, and I was lucky to encounter a monk blessing ceremony • The colorful houses in the old town are super photogenic! The Thai iced coffee shop recommended by the tour guide is super delicious 💯 Overall experience: • No shopping stops at all! Pure play experience• The Chinese tour guide is knowledgeable and humorous• Much less troublesome than driving yourself, and the transfers between attractions are seamless• You can still get back to the hotel to watch the sunset during the afternoon session. I have recommended this itinerary to all my friends! Especially suitable for: ✓ Tourists with limited time ✓ People who don’t want to make a travel guide ✓ Travelers who like efficient and in-depth tours The only small suggestion: There are many stairs in the Big Buddha scenic area, so you can wear comfortable shoes~ I will definitely participate in other itineraries again!

The itinerary planning was smooth, the attractions were connected smoothly, and the tour guide was friendly and nice
