We were supposed to have a Kobe day tour. However, heavy rains made the plan impossible. We opted to have a last minute itinerary change to visit the outlet mall instead to which our driver happily obliged. We were able to salvage our day. Highly recommended especially during unforeseen circumstances.

I sent in my request the day before to hire a chartered car and they got back to me the same day. They were very flexible on time. During our 10 hour trip we added more stops to out itinerary and our driver adjusted the trip without any problems. The driver was very friendly and tried his best to communicate with us even though he couldn't speak English. He was quick to help us with our bags and was very respectful. It was an amazing day of taking photos and having a driver that was supportive and helpful made it even better. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be chartering from them again.

Our driver, Kaniel, was really helpful and very kind. He also conversed well in English, he provided some tips on where to go and even offered to drop us off to umeda sky building since we will still have enough time. However, since it was really cloudy and rainy that day we decided not to pursue. But overall, having rented a van to go on tour is a comfort since I am traveling with my Mom who is a senior. Van is really spacious and really comfortable.
