Shuttle Bus: Round-Trip Transfer to Hoi An & My Son from Da Nang

Great customer service! I was informed about everything on What'sApp in English. The driver was very punctual and the ride was safe. I was late a few minutes at My Son Sanctuary and they waited for me. I am very happy with the experience 🥰

It’s cheap but with great service. The bus was on time and I had the chance to sleep since it was too early for me.

Smooth progress, the bus on time some group of 10 people, we spend 3 hours in my son (nice experience) and 6:30 hours to Hoi An (if you have the time to stay over at Hoi An for a day i recommend it , but even if not you should be satisfied with 6:30 hours time frame! I’m overall review the day trip was worth it !

Everything’s was alright. Our driver Dee was very nice and professional. We recommand. The only thing we can say not perfect was the booking confirmation is little bit long and for a excursion just one day after, I was worry to have no news the day before at 1pm

The meeting place was sent to me in advance (with Google Maps) via chat, so I was able to use it with peace of mind! We gathered in front of Rome Coffee, shown in the first photo, around 8:00. The car number will be sent to you, so get on the bus → fill in your name, gender, and nationality on the passenger list. You will get off at the ticket office at My Son ruins and have about 3 hours of free time, but 2 hours is enough to enjoy it, so I spent the remaining time having tea at a cafe. From My Son ruins to Hoi An, we got on again at the ticket office where we got off, and had free time in Hoi An (6 hours) while sightseeing in the old town, and spent the time having lunch + a Hoai River cruise and souvenir shopping as separate reservations! I'm glad I used it because I was able to efficiently go around places that I couldn't go around on a personal trip in one day 💕 (It was hot and I was exhausted, but the inside of the car was cool during the trip and I was able to take a break and sightsee!) Two women in their 20s participated, but there was a Japanese tourist in his 60s, so I think it's a tour that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders! Personally, I think I was able to enjoy myself in a foreign land without anxiety because I could respond appropriately by inputting my problems in the chat. (They told us the car number and the meeting point each time!) The only additional costs were the entrance fee to the My Son ruins, the Hoai River cruise, and souvenirs, so we were able to spend a very meaningful time ^_^

The meeting place and the local pick-up location were very clear, so I had no worries. I am very grateful for this price for just the bus.

I recommend this to people who want to go to both My Son ruins and Hoi An. The locations of each boarding spot were easy to find. This time, we happened to request a change in the departure time from Hoi An from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm, so we were lucky to be able to board the Hoai River boat in Hoi An after the sun had set. The car model (driver) changed during the day and at night, but the license plate information was provided, so it was reassuring.
