Great customer service! I was informed about everything on What'sApp in English. The driver was very punctual and the ride was safe. I was late a few minutes at My Son Sanctuary and they waited for me. I am very happy with the experience 🥰

Smooth progress, the bus on time some group of 10 people, we spend 3 hours in my son (nice experience) and 6:30 hours to Hoi An (if you have the time to stay over at Hoi An for a day i recommend it , but even if not you should be satisfied with 6:30 hours time frame! I’m overall review the day trip was worth it !

Everything’s was alright. Our driver Dee was very nice and professional. We recommand. The only thing we can say not perfect was the booking confirmation is little bit long and for a excursion just one day after, I was worry to have no news the day before at 1pm

You can visit My Son ruins and Hoi An in one day! The shuttle bus is air-conditioned and comfortable. The meeting was on time. We had breakfast at Rome Cafe while waiting for the shuttle bus. The communication about the change of vehicle was easy to understand, and it was a fulfilling trip.

I used it when traveling with my mother. There were only three of us, so it was a comfortable trip. We arrived earlier than expected. It wasn't too cold inside the car, which was nice.
