Clearing customs & immigration was painless and smooth. They also help with finding my driver

I was met at the gate and was taken quickly through the immigration and visa line and they even did the form for customs which saved alot of time then took me to the Novotel at the airport .this service was wonderful and I truly recommend this to anyone coming to bali it made the start of my holiday really on a high. ill always use this in the future.10/10

Everything went well, agent was waiting at gate exit despite flight delay. There was no waiting line at immigration, so easy job...but he spead up getting through customs and stayed with me the gruelling long waiting time at the baggage claim, as incapable Bangkok baggage handling obviously thought that prioritiy baggage has to go in plane first....and then come out last. Agent even stayed with me when I told him he could go and I can handle the rest by myself. Thats real service. Thanks you!

Highly recommended especially during busy travel season in Bali

Communication was really easy and we breezed thru the lines. Baggage took a bit longer but that’s not their fault at all as the airport was quite busy over the holiday season. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The service was fantastic, they were standing by at the drop off point and clearance was such a breeze. We were done within 45 mins despite the long check in queue. Totally worth the cost!

Highly recommend this service. We were met as we got off the plane and escorted to immigration, past the vaccination cert checks (we pre-submitted them) and to the priority immigration line where there were two people ahead of us - compared to what looked like a half hour to 45 minute wait. Our wonderful concierge also went to retrieve our suitcase from the back, allowing us to get our stuff waaayyyy faster than waiting for it to come through the carousel. 100% recommend this service - it’ll save you at least 30-60 minutes of the worst part of travel.
