We did a self tour with the help of the audio thingy. Learnt abt choc history and the making. And the history of Lindt factory dated back to 1900s. Theres chocolate tasting and free chocolates to bring home. Theres a cafe & shop too!

Audio guide provided as part of package. Tours were booked out weeks in advance so need early booking. Nice cafe at the place but crowded. Starts with history tour and ends with chocolate tasting. You can use your ticket to redeem a small piece of chocolate at the end with a little game. But note also that is a long queue. Back packs must be stowed at the storage area.

The rate in the gift shop not really cheaper than supermarket, some promotion products are better purchased from outside😊

The chocolate spray is very beautiful, and you can introduce the process of making chocolate. However, many translation machines cannot use it and can only use pictures. All you can eat chocolate.
