This is definitely a must-try tour! A real adventure! Over-all experience was very smooth! From the booking process, to confirmation, to the actual service! The tour was an exclusive one for me as there was no joiner option. Sir Bari constantly communicated with me for instructions. I was picked up from my hotel in Clark by Kuya KC at 4AM and arrived in Capaz a little before 5AM. After some paperworks, we started our journey by 4x4 to Mt. Pinatubo. The ride was bumpy and not for the faint-hearted 🤭 We started our hike up at around 7AM, Kuya Ramil, my very experienced tour guide, told me it will be a 2-hr hike including stops for picture taking, rests and toilet break. At 8:30AM, we reached the crater and it was the sweetest reward after a hard day's work! I suggest to go on a weekday for lesser crowd. On top, there's a makeshift store which sells grilled hotdogs, cup noodles and drinks. I don't hike and have poor stamina so the experience was a very humbling one for me 😆 It's a good bonding activity and I highly recommend it!

This is definitely the trip you should join if you are visiting Manila! The major downside of the trip is you have to wake at 0200, but with the unique experience of 4x4 roadtrip and stunning view in the Pinatubo Crater, can definitely compensate the lack of sleep. I attended the trip with my partner. In the trip, our 2pax group was assigned with a private local guide and a 4x4 driver. You might want to wear a pair of mountain sandals and bring a face mask and your own trekking stick if needed. The face mask/shield is a must to me as the 4x4 ride was a bit dusty. And the trekking trail passes thru mountain stream and your might get wet a bit. But nvm if you are with sneakers, the local guide will assist you when passing thru those stream. P.S. There are local vendors at the starting point selling face masks and trekking sticks.

So happy that we were able to join this as we were looking for something new to do. Initially booked for Good Friday but it turned out it was closed for that holiday. It's a good thing Bari and KKDay were able to switch it to Thursday. We kept in touch the whole time so there was no problem during meetup. The 4x4 jeep ride was too long though but I suppose there's no way around that. The trek was easy, even for kids. They especially enjoyed crossing the places with water. It's a bit of a challenge for older people though, especially if unfit. They do check BP before the ride for ages 40 and above. Bring enough water and snacks because they're extra pricey at the stops.

Bari was very quick to respond to my questions. I got picked up from my hotel near Clark airport early before sunrise as I had a flight later in the evening. Bari had a coffee and snack all ready for me and we got to the camp to register and meet my guide, Russell who was also great and very helpful doing the short hike to the lake. I felt safe as a solo female. We hiked quite quickly therefore were the first to the crater lake at Mount Pinatubo so I had the whole view to myself for about 30 mins before hikers from other groups arrived. I was very lucky with the weather. The 4x4 ride was also very exciting. I was able to see the Toblerone hills, Aetas houses, people and very friendly children. It was such an exciting experience to have on my last day in the Philippines before flying back to the UK. I enjoyed talking to Bari as well, looking forward to doing more adventures like this!

Booked this one day before my hike. My friends did not want to proceed so I went alone. Bari made sure I felt safe and he took great care of me from the get go until I got dropped off. He showed me his travel agent ID as soon as I stepped into his vehicle, and allowed me to take a photo of the two of us, which was really thoughtful. He was professional, approachable and quick to respond to all the questions I had. I highly recommend Bari!

It was worth it booking with Sir Bari as he made sure everything was settled even days before the trek date. From pick up until we were sent back to our hotel.

Overall, it was very fun and the jeep experience was very exciting.. The jeep ride took a long time and it was recommended to bring a mask. The wind and sand along the road were very strong 🤣 You will also encounter streams and may get wet~ The scenery on the way to the volcano is very special, from volcanic rocks along the road to dense trees to the most beautiful volcanic lake. It is really worth seeing~

The special beauty is a must-see. The car and tour guide are all very special👌.
