5 stars for the this trip. The driver though not that fluent in english, makes an effort to answer some of our questions. We realized that we left something in the van 20 minutes after we alighted from it and the driver was kind enough to return the package immediately👍

driver communicated with us a day before the trip. he arrived timely at our accommodation. the drive was smooth and steady. we had enough time at shirakawago. but was a tad short of time at takayama. definitely would recommend this service.

Mr. Yamamoto, our designated driver is the most hardworking man. He made our trip convenient and hustle free. We are a family of 6 adults. We were late to arrive at Nagoya Station but he patiently waited for us. We enjoyed this day trip so much. Shirakawago is a must visit. We are very thankful to Mr. Yamamoto.

We are a family of 7 and this van charter was so well worth it! Coordination was efficient and fast and made through a mobile messenger app. Mr Fang, our driver, is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the area and best of all, speaks a good level of English. The van is clean, well maintained, comfortable, and runs well. We loved having control of the time and the ability to bring things we need, leave bags in the van safely, and the extra benefit of being picked up at our hotel and specific locations in the sightseeing areas. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommended! My son has special needs, having a private driver really make a difference. Our driver, Jack (小苖) was very patient, polite and thoughtful. We were contacted in the morning of the scheduled date through WhatsApp and clear instructions were given re: exact meeting location (we chose the meeting location : our hotel, when we booked the trip). We had plenty of time exploring Takayama and Shirakawago. Jack also gave us a brief recommendations re: food to eat and places to visit. The car is spacious and we were able to catch up with our sleep while Jack was driving. Arranging a private driver gave us a worry-free trip to Shirakawago and Takayama. Big recommendation! Our driver Xiaomiao was very patient and polite, making our journey very comfortable. Our youngest son is disabled, so Xiaomiao’s driver gave us plenty of time to sightsee, get on and off the bus, and use the toilet. Xiaomiao driver will also give us recommendations on food and tourist places. The car was very comfortable and gave us the opportunity to make up for the lack of sleep during the trip.
