We've booked our trip from Bangkok Airport to Pattaya and then back to Bangkok hotel. It was a very long day for the driver, but he was very nice and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Booked this with doubts due to the bad reviews, but our experience was the complete opposite. Super loved our friendly driver Kai, honestly did not expect a lady driver but that works best for us since we are all girls. She was super helpful, she even took photos for us and guided us with the information about the places we visited. This was more convenient than taking taxis since we could leave our things inside the car while we toured Pattaya. We had 3 luggages and 2 backpacks and they all fit inside the trunk even if the descriptions says only 2 luggages. Also, when I computed it vs taking taxis, this was cheaper because the drive from Pattaya to Bangkok is expensive, so I would definitely recommend this!

It was very convenient. I availed the 10hr day trip. The driver was accommodating but he cannot speak english. The operator was very helpful and responsive. We were able to go to most of my curated itinerary but was not able to go Cafe benedict since it was closed already coming from Noong noche. Also was not able to go to pattaya view point and walking street. But in general it was ok.

Since almost everything was in Thai, we communicated using Google Translate. However, the smiles we shared made for a wonderful family holiday. The weather was incredibly hot. If your budget allows, hiring a car is a great option for a family trip – you can specify the driver.

Wasan, the driver of the 738 tour, was incredibly kind. He helped me buy tickets and immediately opened the car door for me when I returned from sightseeing. He also took lots of photos for me, making it a wonderful trip. His driving was careful and the long distance was comfortable. Thank you so much!

We booked 10-hour car rental packages for two consecutive days. The company provided the driver's name and vehicle number in advance, and the same driver for both days contacted us via a messaging app. Although he didn't speak much English, he communicated easily using Line. At the attractions, he helped us with ticket exchange and communication at the counters. The driver wasn't talkative but very reliable, and he was very accommodating to changes in locations or itineraries. Next time I'm in Thailand, I'll definitely book with this company again!
