Very easy to use! The Taipei 101 ticket has open access to all of floors 88, 89 and 91 for the indoor and outdoor viewing decks, we went at night time and feasted in Taipei’s beautiful city lights. The national palace museum ticket is also very easy to use and is open to all exhibit, definitely worth the visit. The ticket package is very good!

There was no problem redeeming the tickets, and the staff at the Forbidden City and 101 seemed quite familiar with them.

I had planned to visit both 101 and the Palace Museum, but I hadn't decided when to visit them during my trip due to the weather.
