The guides were very kind and friendly. I could see that they really care for the elephants. They explained the history and ecology of elephants with all their might. They spoke only English. I think even people who speak a little English can communicate. They picked me up at the hotel in the old town, and it was about an hour's drive from there. There are toilets and showers, so if you get dirty, you don't have to worry as long as you bring a change of clothes. After giving the elephants corn stalks, we made supplements for them and bathed together in a nearby river. After that, we had steamed rice and fruit wrapped in banana skins for lunch. The elephants were so cute and soothing ☺️ The guides took lots of great photos when I gave them my smartphone! They didn't ask for any tips. It was a great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it! After the tour, I left my smartphone in the shuttle car, but when I contacted them, they returned it to me without a word of complaint! Recommended things to bring: a towel, shorts (you'll be going into the river so it's a good idea to bring very short pants), a change of clothes (if you don't mind getting wet it's a good idea to bring underwear as well), sandals (the campsite isn't very large and you won't be walking much so sandals that you don't mind getting wet are best. I wore sneakers but sandals seemed fine.) Items provided at the camp: toilets, showers, insect repellent (elephant-safe), bottled water, vest, lunch
