What truly stood out was Andi's attention to detail and consideration for their guests' comfort. Despite the unpredictable weather, he thoughtfully provided umbrellas, ensuring that none of us were caught off guard by sudden rain showers. He has a lot of knowledge about the places we visited: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and my favorite of them all, the Besakih Temple (Must visit). 5/5 for Ari and 5/5 for the tour. Our driver and tour guide, Wayan Zheng, was very considerate, friendly, and cheerful. He even bought fish food for us to feed the fish at Shengquan Garden. Seeing that it was too hot in the restaurant during our lunch, he suggested turning on the air conditioner. He immediately drove to the restaurant door to pick us up after we finished our meal, and even arranged for us to go to the supermarket to buy souvenirs. We were all very satisfied with his service.

I had booked a flight on the last day of the trip, but I requested a change in the date because I thought I might not be able to make the return flight. I received a call about the change immediately after booking, and the tour was rescheduled to the day before. The tour guide was kind and drove safely, so I felt at ease. They also listened carefully to customer requests, and seemed happy to change the time if it suited their schedule. I had a really fun time, and I'm glad I booked.

The chartered car tour lasted a full day and was super comfortable starting from the hotel. We walked to all the scenic spots and had a lot of cultural introductions. Our guide, Xiao Zheng, also took us to the Musk Coffee Farm. It was a great value! Thanks to our excellent guide, Xiao Zheng! It was a very fulfilling day.

We booked just one evening before and were worried it wouldn't work out. Minutes after booking, our driver/guide Gede Egon contacted us and suggested a 5am start to beat traffic. Great call, we were the first to arrive at Pura Besakih, even before the ticket booth opened. Gede took wonderful care of us the whole way, proactively took tons of great photos, and timed every stop perfectly. Big shout-out to Gede Egon! Highly recommended.

We were taken to Besakih Temple, Lempuyang Temple, and Tirta Gangga. We had lunch at a restaurant with a great view! It was so much fun listening to various explanations about Balinese culture and history!!
