KK booked several rooms for my parents to celebrate their wedding anniversary and my brother's birthday. The hotel rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped, with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. They were also very clean. I hope to stay there again soon to enjoy the hotel's other facilities.

This is my second stay, and I'm extremely satisfied. This time, the room had a city view, facing the Wynn Hotel, and the night view was stunning. Also, the breakfast included many more Chinese dim sum dishes, which were delicious.

The hotel facilities are first-class, and the staff service is excellent. Sandra Chan and Alexis Li at the front desk provided a thorough and detailed introduction to the hotel facilities, ongoing promotions and offers in the shopping mall, and helpful tips and precautions for using the facilities – very thoughtful! Furthermore, on several occasions when I got lost due to the hotel's large size, other staff members, such as several housekeeping staff, were very helpful in guiding me to my room and the elevators – very heartwarming. The hotel's shuttle bus service offers many routes, which is very convenient for exploring Macau – highly recommended! 👍

This was the second time I stayed at the Grand Lisboa Hotel with my family. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, facing the airport but with absolutely no noise issues. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of choices; you'll definitely be full. We were also lucky enough to visit during the Macau Food Festival, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a shuttle bus directly to the venue and extended the service frequency. Thank you.

We checked into the Upper Lisboa Hotel on 20/11. The hotel shuttle was convenient and fast, available at the Macau Port. After boarding, the staff distributed $20 cash vouchers each for easy use in the hotel! Entering the room is the inner garden room, which offers beautiful views of the inner garden from sunset to late night. The room is well-equipped and air-conditioned. It's a great place for a vacation!

The hotel staff was very polite, the room had a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was large and convenient. However, there were a lot of stains on the glass curtain wall, which affected the appearance. The buffet at Zizhushan had a wide variety of food, and the seafood was delicious.
