You will receive a call from the rental car company (Yuntian Rental Car) and will be directed to LINE to contact them. 3. The reservation details will be sent to you via LINE, so check them. 4. If you are picking up at the airport, contact them with the round-trip reservation information, take a photo of your license and translation before boarding the car on the day and send it via LINE. 5. On the day, pick up the car at the designated location (airport parking lot). 6. Check the car for scratches with the rental car staff, confirm the operation method, and then board the car. 7. Fill up the tank and return the car at the designated location. LINE communication was in English and Japanese (translated). There is no counter communication like with Japanese rental cars, so it is smooth. Like other Taiwanese people, the staff were very kind. Kinmen Island has little traffic and is easy to drive, so it is recommended for beginners who are driving abroad. However, it is difficult to find parking spaces, so I recommend checking in advance.
