The driver, Xiao Peng, was very friendly and introduced us to the scenery and historical and cultural figures along the way. He was also very good at taking photos.

This package consists of 4 bus rides and the entry to the recreation park. But the public buses are not frequent. Not sure why this is the only cost effective way that's not joining a tour to go up to alishan.

the redeem instruction was clear, there are people helping out at the station. the bus driver was helpful and willing to explain various types of tickets and remind travellers to get off at the right stop. makes it an excellent experience! highly recommended!

Buses come, but there is only one bus to Fenchi Lake, which is too few. Fenchihu’s bentos have a lot of ingredients. The forest in Alishan is cold, and it takes better physical strength to climb the mountain. Unfortunately, we didn’t see the sea of clouds and the sunset.

Easy to redeem. Exit 2 at Chiayi THSR and look for platform 7. This voucher allows you to board the bus 4 times. Comparing the fees you have to pay if you board the bus using easy card, this voucher definitely worth the price.

Very easy to use as you’d just have to show your QR code to the bus driver and entrance gate. No need to redeem via separate counter. In fact you’d even get a small gift at the entrance gate for buying e-ticket!
