Received email confirmation immediately after booking, received my voucher with instructions also. two days before my flight I was contacted via whatsapp for confirmation and details. I love that this was done. Immediately after deplaning I went straight to Fast Track service. It is not hard to find but it is quiet a distance from my gate. If you have small children, elderly or have difficulty walking, I suggest avail of the buggy. But other than that it is such a good deal. Staff there just asked for my identification and was confirmed to enter. Immigration was a breeze. a must have when you have a tight schedule and you need to catch your next flight.

I received the voucher and confirmation almost immediately. Two days before my flight I was contacted via whatsapp for confirmation and instructions. Day of my flight, someone messaged again and I was assisted. The staff waited for me until I checked in my bags and walked me to the Fast Track lane. 5 star service! I didn't have to worry about missing my flight and I got to relax.

The service is praised for its convenience and invaluable during peak times. However, the benefit diminished when I have to wait for my checked luggage. Also the service’s value also depend on arrival time. Overall, Bangkok Fast Track, can be worthwhile a worthwhile investment for those prioritising speed and convenience. But its effectiveness may vary based on individual travel circumstances

Worked perfect. Great support and ideal flow of information. You will receive all the information you need before your trip starts and additional individual information regarding the gate and route to Fast Track when you arrive at BKK. All in all, everything is perfect, and 100% recommendations!
