The trip itineraries are great. There are 2 main must-visit attractions: Khai Dinh tomb & Imperial City. Both attractions are very impressive, it is really worth a visit.

The tour guide Hui has provided us with lots of historical information on the places we have visited. The Khai Dinh tomb is one of the most impressive and best royal tomb I have visited around the world. It is truly amazing. I am a bit disappointed at the Citadel visit as we are only limited to visit 4 buildings as some of the buildings are under renovation and only 40% of the original buildings are left due to the destruction during the Vietnam war. The lunch was very good and in a very nice restaurant.

The stairs at Khai Dinh's Tomb are quite steep, and the Hue Imperial Palace is spread across a vast area, with buildings (main hall, palace, library, theater, etc.) scattered throughout, requiring over an hour and a half of walking. Comfortable shoes and sun protection are essential, as some people dropped out midway due to the extreme heat (it was late March, but Hue is especially hot). It truly gives a sense of the Vietnamese dynasty era, and the scale was far greater than I imagined. Our guide, Mr. Wang, was very knowledgeable and kept everyone engaged and entertained with jokes. Exploring the ancient city is enjoyable, but it might be a tough trip for those without stamina.

Initially, I was told they couldn't pick me up at the hotel where I was staying, but I was contacted the day before and they came to pick me up. I was also grateful that they were flexible with the return trip. Our guide, Mr. Wong, gave easy-to-understand explanations about the tour, so I was very satisfied!

Vien proactively contacted me the day before to inform me of the hotel pick-up time, itinerary, and reminded me to bring rain gear/sunscreen for the season; her explanations were very detailed, and she even offered to take photos for me.

We were lucky enough to meet a wonderful tour guide named Onah. She helped us take photos, explained things carefully, and was incredibly friendly and made us smile. The exit and entrance of the Forbidden City tour are in different places, quite far apart.

When visiting Hue, this tour is a must-do; it's worth the price of admission and you'll learn a lot about history, as well as other international travelers.
