It is a nice break. You get to just relax in a quiet atmosphere for a few hours. Very affordable and necessary to unwind from all the shopping, eating, walking and site seeing.

I recently visited Aquafield Jimjilbang Spa, and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The variety of saunas and baths, each with unique themes and temperatures, provided a wonderful way to de-stress and rejuvenate.

It was quiet and relaxing and was at a shopping mall. It is accessible by the subway and everything looks new. You have to put your shoes in the locker and everything goes by the shoes locker key. It was confusing but there are helpful staff

There are many jjimjilbangs with different temperatures to choose from, but some Koreans are noisy when chatting.
