After taking the cable car up, turn left at the exit and you'll be right at the zipline entrance. We booked the first group, led by a handsome British guy. Since I hadn't filled out the online form in advance, we had to fill it out on their iPad, which was incredibly difficult to use. I also had to urgently look up the address in English. I had a ton of stuff with me, but luckily I could leave it in their luggage. I also had to take my coat and small bag with me. I regretted not bringing my phone with me so I could film my friends ziplining, but I can't guarantee I won't get splattered on my gear. I'll definitely wear something that won't drop my phone next time. The beginner level has three levels, with interesting introductions to the local New Zealand environment and animals. The first and second levels are both ziplines, but unfortunately I didn't complete the second level's moves. It seemed like I had to let go to succeed, which was a shame. For the third level, rappelling is best done in one go. The faster you go, the less scared you'll feel. Standing on the edge for too long was a bit scary, but the scenery was stunning and the pace was slow. I have to say the British instructors were very nice.
