Schedule

Day 1

[Meet at Kadena Port and reception] Park your car at Kadena Port. The captain will guide you. There are 3 sessions daily (8:40 am, 11:10 am, 2:40 pm)

[Travel to fishing location] Wear a life jacket, and take a 15-minute ride to the location

[Lesson on fishing] The captain will carefully explain how to set up and catch

[Start fishing!] Start at the captain's signal! You can enjoy fishing in the beautiful sea unique to Okinawa

[Leaving for the port] Return to port and disperse. You can also eat the fish you caught at a local restaurant. (JP¥1700/person *Optional) Details will be decided by the captain on the day *On Wednesdays, you can only eat your catch after 5:00 pm

Highly recommend this experience! A highlight in our 8 day Okinawa trip (: The team was very responsive and helpful when we requested to change the date last minute (we asked them at 10pm if we could come the next morning instead of the day after) due to the weather forecast. We managed to go fishing on a sunny day and it was simply amazing. As a first timer, Captain Hana made it easy to learn, and we caught four fishes within an hour. He also helped us get to a restaurant where the fresh fish was prepared for us in different ways for a really good price.

The maximum number of people on a boat is about 20. The whole experience is very clean and safe. The staff gave simple instructions during the fishing process, which was enough and fun for the first timers. The whole fishing experience took about 1.5 hours. I hope I can fish for a longer time next time.

The staff carefully explained and taught how to use fishing tools and what to pay attention to. When fishing, they will offer to help take photos and remove the fish. If no catch is found, the fishing location will be changed to ensure that everyone can get something. The staff will help you reserve a table to taste the fish, but the restaurant's processing fee is quite expensive. For 7 people (3 children), 9 fishes were fried and cooked, and the processing fee was already ￥11,000. But all in all it was a good experience!

I caught fish this time, the boat was very clean, and the fishing port had no smell! However, fishing requires luck. We only had a few fish that day and there were no edible fish. However, every group caught a fish and put it back! The pressure in my heart is not that great~just have fun! Great experience ~
