It was generally fun to learn the trick to make scallions grow, pull scallions out from the field, and make pancakes with them.

Amazing DIY experience. the guide was patient and engaging! from harvesting the scallion to washing and then to make your own scallion bread! highly recommended for those looking to experience Yilan's agriculture! the scallion bread is delicious! it's nothing like the typical street food style scallion pancake. it's tastier and less oily!

When I came to Samsung to experience pulling scallions, the sun was really strong, and I was sweating all over. But the moment I pulled up the bright green scallion with my own hands, I felt an overwhelming sense of accomplishment! Although it was incredibly hot, working in the fragrant soil of the field felt particularly fulfilling and fun. It was truly an unforgettable and enjoyable rural experience.

The scallion pancakes were surprisingly delicious, and the kids loved them! Learning how to make scallion pancakes was great; the scallions were very fresh and sweet! Even though we didn't go to the fields to pick the scallions, the hands-on class was already a lot of fun.

We encountered many groups of parents from Singapore with their children at the event. The environment was clean and tidy, parking was convenient, and the timing was perfect. After experiencing picking and washing scallions, we returned just in time to find scallion bread and scallion pies available – they were freshly baked and super delicious! Sanxing scallions are truly irresistible. The kids had a fantastic first scallion DIY experience.
