I got 3 eSIMs. Before purchasing make sure that phones are eSIM compatible and are NOT locked to your home server --- one of my companions had a locked phone to his home server and was unable to use the sim card. As for my other companion the eSIM worked completely fine for the first few days but suddenly slowed down come the 4th or 5th day. I tried to find out why, as it would be impossible to finish 10GB in a day even if you stream videos non-stop. Per my review of his usage, he was nowhere near the 10GB daily mark, but his connection had slowed down to "turtle speed". Pictures would load but would take a few minutes... As for my usage, it only slowed down on about the 8th day or so. So usage wise I think it's 10GB total data usage and maybe not daily max usage. Overall when we loaded it onto our phones, it worked fine. But just be cautious on the usage limits.

It was installed with one click, and I turned it on when I arrived at my destination. The journey to Beijing was quite smooth. There were occasional poor reception, but it could be restored by restarting.
