Good, recommended and efficient.

Our tour departed on December 30, 2025. Our tour guide, Even, provided excellent and attentive service, which I highly recommend. The tour was primarily conducted in Mandarin, and the information provided by the guide was detailed and comprehensive. Thank you very much.

We gathered at China Town of Mel CDB on 9:50 am (time to be confirmed at 5pm one day before) and got on the coach heading Dandenong for the steam railway. The lunch included in the ticket is a fish and chip take-a-way provided by the railway station cafe. But you can't have it inside the cafe. So better not to include lunch and have meals inside the cafe in future. The railway encountered some problems and delayed for 45 minutes. Only one side of the train can have good scenery. After that, its the Maru and Koala Animal Farm which is not included in the price and costed A$30 per person. It's small with a few Aussie animals that you can pet them except Koala. You need to pay A$35 for pet the Koala. After that, its the Penguin Parade. There is not enough time for meals at the Penguin Centre restaurant. Returning to CBD at 9:00pm.

Gavin is a professional & helpful tour guide whom provide us with lots of tips in Melbourne. His been committed to feed us with infor throughout his few hours drive and didnt take much break. So, u will really feel entertained with him. Train ride was great too. Good travel company with good tour guide!

We spent an enjoyable day with tour guide Gavin. One drawback is that we didn’t know the optional would be Maru Zoo beforehand. Otherwise, everything is flawless. The tour price is a lot cheaper than other English tour. One tip is remember to bring warm clothes for penguin parade.

Tour guide and the driver Gavin was very friendly, caring and provided very useful information towards how best to observe the penguins. The schedule of the day tour was not too rush and I have had enough time to look into different spots. The experience was really enjoyable.
