Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) shuttle service to/from downtown Los Angeles/Beverly Hills/Santa Monica/Hollywood/Anaheim

Provide good advice as to LA environment

Clean and comfy car. Driver is polite and good. Their staff contacted us the moment we touched down at the airport and gave us clear instructions where to meet the driver. Although we had to wait quite a while for the car to arrive, all went well and we reached our hotel smoothly.

I used this service from my hotel in Anaheim to LAX Airport. I panicked when the hotel pickup didn't arrive, so I messaged the driver and he immediately gave me his phone number. When I called, he told me the road was blocked and I couldn't get to the hotel. After that, he sent me photos and we communicated, and we were able to meet at a nearby 7-Eleven. The driver was very kind and helpful. He told me how long it would take to get there. I explained I didn't know why the road was blocked, but after looking into it, I found out there was an event called RunDisney, and the road was closed to traffic. It would have been better if he had checked in advance, since things like this can happen. However, I was able to use this service with peace of mind, even though I was worried about the US. I highly recommend it.

I felt very safe using this service. I was relieved to be picked up and taken to the hotel in a clean car. I was debating whether to use Uber, but I was grateful that they picked me up at the arrival exit. I was also glad that I was able to communicate with the driver on social media after arriving to let him know where I was.

The pickup was scheduled for 3am, so I received a confirmation call the night before. Since my English is poor, they repeated the same thing slowly several times, which was very helpful. I was waiting at 2:50, and the person who picked me up arrived at that time, so we got to the airport very smoothly. (In fact, it was so smooth that we had some extra time 🤭) Thank you very much.

This was our first family trip to the airport, and we had a lot of luggage, so we had a lot of trouble deciding on the type of car to get. We were a family of four, with three suitcases and four carry-on bags. We requested a seven-seater car. There was plenty of space, and we were able to communicate in English to find the pickup location. The driver was very kind, which was a plus.
