I always rent a car when I'm in Taitung. The service is great and the price is reasonable. It's most convenient to book via the app before holidays, otherwise there might not be any available on the day.

Upon arrival, the process was clear: scan the QR code to sign the rental agreement, upload photos of the motorcycle's exterior, fuel gauge, and odometer, pick up a helmet (two lightweight raincoats are provided), and return the motorcycle in the same straightforward manner with a quick and efficient check. A highly recommended rental shop!

I went to Taitung for the 228 holiday. All the procedures and payments were completed online beforehand. When I arrived, the rental shop was shared with another rental company. The sign was quite obvious and easy to find. The bikes were new and clean and easy to ride. The procedures were handled electronically using Q&Code, which was safe for both parties. The service was good. I would rent from them again next time.

The car we originally booked didn't have a trunk available under the footwell, but the owner upgraded us to a better car for free without charging extra, which really touched us! Next time I have the chance to travel, WillyCar Rental will definitely be my first choice!!

The car pick-up location is on the road opposite Taitung New Station, and you can fill up the tank before returning the car and then fill it up again when returning it.

I pasted the mileage before I started driving onto LINE, and did the same when I returned the car. The conversation was in English, but the staff were very kind and polite. Other websites said they wouldn't rent to foreigners, but I didn't have to worry about that with KKDAY.
