So convenient to book. It was a little hard to understand which dates the return ferry would scheduled, but it all got sorted out in the end. Just need to be very clear what day you want to go to Green Island and what day you want to come back to Taitung

It’s easy to buy tickets from KK Day. And the instructions to the ferry point, exchange for tickets, etc are clear. We just followed the instructions and had a pleasant trip across the sea to the island.

From booking to boarding it was an easy process. The ferry was an hour of very choppy water, but that isn't something the company can control, just come prepared with dramamine or some motion sickness help. The ferry ride back (we left at 2 PM) was smoother than the ride in the morning.

The tickets were easy to exchange at the counter. I had no problems. As long as you read and follow the directions that come with the tickets, I think it is pretty easy to use.
