Hsinchu Doraemon Science Park Tickets and Ski Reservations

It was fun and interesting for the whole family for children age 10 and 8. I did see other children around age 13 go there as a school outing as well also having fun.

Pools currently closed. Only one wading area open. Ski area fun. Sherlock homes/optical illusion nice. Lots of walking- uncomfortable in the heat.

Children loved it so much. We will bring some foods next time.

The environment is tidy, and the facilities do not feel particularly old. The space is large and suitable for small children to run. There are relatively few trains in small trains, and there is no order in the queue. It is recommended to arrange personnel to manage the line and increase the frequency of the queue.

It’s been years since I’ve seen snow…..moved from New York 4 years ago to be exact! I would have given my review 5 stars but had to deduct 1 because overall the park really needs a TOTAL facelift. The ski resort is nice. It’s indoors but still quite cold so dress warm. We rented gloves for 50NT. You can also rent skis, snowboards, and winter gear for additional fees but the sledding which is quite awesome is free. There’s also a small eating area that sells snacks and hot cocoa of course. Not bad if you need a quick snow fix like me!

Check in at the Master Hall counter from 12:00. When parking, there is another area above the A~E area, which is the parking lot in front of the Master Hall. It is faster to enter the ski resort from the Master Hall than from the main gate. After checking in at the Master Hall, take your ticket to the check-in counter inside the ski resort, where you will register the equipment to be rented and check out. Because there are anti-fall pads for the buttocks, if you bring your own snow pants, you need to have a larger size. Snow pants that fit too well will not fit into the anti-fall pads. After checking out, everyone will get an equipment card with the coach's name on it, and start picking up equipment at 12:30. The basic courses of the 13-14 o'clock course are very solid. Coach Zuo Jing is very patient and will give everyone a headset. Because the snow field environment needs to be created, there is a lot of machine noise indoors. Although it is not harsh, it is easy to not hear the voice. I feel very relieved when I hear the coach calling my name in the headset and pointing out the places where the movements need to be corrected. I think the one-hour beginner course is just right. I don’t have the energy to go any longer 😂. But I’m very interested and would like to take the 3-hour advanced course. Once I’ve learned the basics, it will be more worthwhile to go skiing abroad.

We were the only children in the class during that period. The instructor was very patient in teaching, and there was no sense of impatience at all. The children were still not satisfied after the class. The adults who took the class also helped to take care of the children's safety and assisted them. It was a great experience. Next time I go to Beijing, I will participate in the course again.
