Shared our list of places we wanted to go to around Sun Moon Lake, and Mr. Chen took care of the rest. He picked us up on time, planned our day with flexibility, made great recommendations, took professional quality photos, kept us on schedule, and finally dropped us off on time for dinner reservations. His humor and stories made a long travel day, easy and comfortable for our entire family. If you speak Mandarin or Taiwanese, he's got context, history, stories, jokes, for you. If you only speak English or another language, that's really your own fault, but he tries his best to explain the sometimes untranslatable. Uncle Shen took us to many fun and beautiful places. Always took very cool pictures of us. He was very knowledgeable about the history and the Sun Moon Lake background. Introduced us to many aboriginal Taiwanese eatery which were very delicious. Overall a very fun time!

Also accommodated last minute changes to the program as we had to make an unscheduled stop at a travel agency before we could commence our trip to Sun Moon Lake. Overall the trip was well paced and relaxing and met our purpose. Recommended.

The tour guide and driver was very friendly and considerate. He took us to experience this trip. Although the cherry blossoms had green leaves when we went to Cingjing, they were still very beautiful, paired with the vast sky and mountain scenery. The subsequent itinerary was flexible due to rain and was very smooth. This trip was very happy and joyful!

Driver Chan is very good maybe too many people during the holidays ~ ~ I left late only went to Chocolate Castle, Sun Moon Lake, on the clearing when traffic jam finally went to the Earth Mother Temple a bit unfortunately due to good weather ~ can not see the sheep back to Taichung driver He also took us to buy souvenirs at Fengjia Night Market

The driver, Uncle Shen, is very talkative and provides enthusiastic service. He will introduce some Nantou attractions, and more importantly, he is an experienced local driver. During the Chinese New Year, they were able to help us book a restaurant at Sun Moon Lake, which was also delicious, and they also recommended what to eat for us.

The driver's service was very good. This experience was great. I will order it again next time I charter a car.
