From contact to customs clearance, it was pretty smooth. The Japanese brother took a seat for us, and then the parking place was quite far away (to the domestic line). Along the way, the brother helped to push the luggage, and also told us that it was about 1 hour drive to the American Village Hotel. Although the language was not communicated, the brother's translation software was very good 👍 He would use the translation to explain everything he saw on the road 😆, and also gave us candies to share, which was very cute. We had 3 adults and 1 child, but we had a lot of luggage, and it was very comfortable to sit in a 7-seater ☺️
