Before day of pick up, driver has contacted me. On the day of pick up, driver was punctual and responsive. Customer service was also helpful.

I had contacted them in advance with the address of the hotel where I would be picked up, but it seems they went to a different hotel, so I received a call to confirm the hotel address. The hotel receptionist spoke for me and everything turned out fine. You never know what might happen. It might be a good idea to have the hotel address ready. I made it to the airport in plenty of time. Thank you very much.

We contacted them before departure, and the driver was waiting for us as soon as we landed! Customs and luggage were smooth, and the directions were clear. We got on the car and arrived at our destination quickly! Highly recommended!
