Day 1

- Itinerary introduction - The Chinese translation of SUP stands for Stand Up Paddle, which is a board sport that combines surfing and sailing. In recent years, it has set off a craze at home and abroad. Surfers can stand on the board and paddle, and under the leadership of professional instructors, they can enjoy the clear blue ocean and rich marine ecology of Xiaoliuqiu. 1. Equipment introduction, receiving equipment, and confirming whether it fits the body shape 2. Go to the experience venue and confirm the equipment again 3. SUP skills instruction on shore 4. Sliding towards the blue sea 5. Return to base, unload equipment, and wash up

Had a lot of fun, the coach always gave us the right tips and hints and the right time. Whenever we seemed a bit clueless what to do next he gave us an idea. We were surprised how quickly we got how far out onto the sea, although we didn’t really use the boards as a means of transportation. They also made a lot of photos during the session which they sent us vie Line. Overall they quite successfully got us hooked on stand-up paddling.

Coach Noah explained paddling very professionally, helped us understand and relieved our worries, and enthusiastically asked if we had any photos we wanted to take and whether we could challenge ourselves to stand up. I was worried that we would fall into the water, but with the coach's encouragement and reminders, we didn't expect that both of us were able to do it. After we did it, we were even able to stand and take pictures. It felt like a great accomplishment, it was worthwhile, and it brought us a lot of memories.

Since it was a little out of season, I was able to learn one-on-one with the coach. He was kind and taught me carefully. It was relatively easy to stand and move forward. It was difficult to change my position. I was photographed with a drone and a single-lens reflex camera. I think it would be incredibly beautiful if the weather was clear. I wore a life jacket so I didn't drown, but I might fall into the sea many times, so it might be better for someone who is used to water.

It was my first time to play this kind of water activity. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to play it because I didn’t know how to swim, but it turned out to be super fun! Thanks to Coach Noah for his careful and humorous teaching!

As soon as I arrived at the meeting place, I found that my phone was almost out of battery. The lady at the counter generously told me to put my phone on the counter and charge it for me. I had fun and went back to get it with her. We were able to get started the first time. The one who led the three of us today was Coach A Hua. The three of us were uncontrollable and could not control the direction of our movements. Thank you to Coach A Hua for catching us everywhere and returning to him. 😁 He even took a lot of photos for us after the whole session. The CP value was super high. SUP was so much fun. I really wanted to continue the class. A happy day with friends, thank you Haixiang Island👍👍👍
