Driver contacted us before the trip and arrived earlier than pick up time. Highly recommended

The driver took some time to reply to my WhatsApp so was slightly worried but in the end, everything was ok. Just need to wait at the allocated drop off point and smooth ride to airport.

At first there was some worry, why the driver has not contacted us yet. My airport transfer booking on other platforms will be contacted two to three days in advance. Finally the driver contacted us the day before the appointment and I was really pleased. On the day of the reservation the driver also arrived at the hotel 25 minutes early. The interior of the cabin is clean and spacious. The 1-hour trip driver also introduced local attractions.

It is best to contact us by email in advance to know the car number, otherwise it will be too stressful if you can't wait for the car.

I really hate taking the subway from the airport to my hotel... (I hurt my wrist right before my trip, so it's so hard to go up stairs while dragging my suitcase ㅠ) At first, I booked on another site, but no... I never got a reply. I asked if there would be an additional charge depending on the number of suitcases... So I thought it was a scam, so I cancelled right away and booked here. The reply was quick, and most of all, when I arrived at the airport and said my bags weren't there, the driver told me not to worry and to find my bags carefully and contact him ㅠㅠ When I found my bags and contacted him, he sent me pictures and the location, and when he left, he even put all my luggage in the trunk!! ㅎㅎ The traffic was a bit bad, but he moved safely without any complaints, and he even dropped my luggage off in front of the hotel, so it was a really comfortable start to my trip!
