You can control the rhythm of each step by yourself. The process of scent testing is very interesting. As long as the dosage is different, you will have different olfactory experiences. Since I am not familiar with the scent, I finally adjusted it from 6 scents to 4 scents (I later learned that coffee beans can reset the sense of smell). Other than that, the course is basically easy to implement. The most amazing thing is that the teacher will help you use test strips for divination, which is very accurate! I feel the full energy given by the universe~
