Helpful and very convenient

They provide great service with ease of transfers. Their people meet you as you transfer vehicles so you get to where you need to be asap. They tend to send late info though but their service is guaranteed.

Recommended service. I booked the round trip. The whole journey is smooth and on time. It was raining when we arrived the airport, we supposed to walk across the road to the counter but there was Islandstar express staff walked to us to confirm our arrival and arranged the van to pick us up from the airport entrance directly. Therefore, we didn't get caught in the rain. We were then sent to the jetty to wait for the boat, and a van to send us to our resort in Station 2. The whole journey is within an hour. One day before our departure to airport, the driver from Islandstar texted me to confirm the pick up time. Just to take note for the departure, the the last pick up time is by 4pm only. My flight was 8pm so I reached the airport 3 hours in early.

Effiecient and hassle free

For comfort and convenience. While DIY maybe cheaper and maybe more exciting for some, I will pay extra for comfort and convenience. If you want privacy and maybe luxury, book your private transfers from your hotel. This is my middle ground. When you arrive at Caticlan Airport, just get to the booth of Island Transfers, show them your voucher and ID and you will be guided accordingly from that point forward. This includes all other items to be paid for terminal fee, environment fee. Next thing you know, you are already in your hotel.

Their service made our trip from the airport to Boracay island and back smooth and hassle-free. This is our first time in Boracay and I’m impressed with the smooth transfer from the airport to our hotel in Station 1 which is 5 kms away from the port in the island. The transfer from the hotel back to the airport was the moment that airport transfer was needed the most. One day before the hotel pick-up, they messaged us to confirm the pick-up transfer the next day. Our flight back to Clark is at 8:00am so we need to leave the hotel at 5am. We were picked up at 5am and we were at the boat already at 5:30 and arrived at the airport before 6am. Thank you so much for the great service.
